There are no fees!
Dr. Lee accepts Medicare and all major insurances.

Dr. Lee understands that proper heart health wellness and fitness begins with a comprehensive review of a person’s medical history, family history, nutrition and lifestyle. That’s why Dr. Lee devotes extraordinary amounts of time and resources to his patients. This personal approach, along with same-day cardiac testing done personally by him, allows Dr. Lee to help you achieve optimal health.

However,
​If you do not have health insurance, Dr. Lee will take care of you as well.

Dr. Lee has thoughtfully come-up with a very reasonable and competitive Reduced Fee Schedule (RFS) for initial consults, 2nd opinions, office visits and cardiac testing.. There are no contracts, additional costs or other fees.

Reduced fee schefule

60 minute initial consultation: $750
  • Physical Exam
  • EKG
ECHOCARDIOGRAM: $500
  • Ultrasound of the heart
  • Evaluate and review heart function, muscle strength and valves​
  • Heart murmur evaluation
Cardiac Stress ECHO: $750
  • to see if any blockages in your arteries​
Carotid Artery Ultrasound: $250
  • ​Evaluate plaque and risk of a stroke ​
Cardio Fitness Exam (CFE): $250
  • Exercise Treadmill Test
  • Review an exercise/fitness routine specific
Follow Up Visits: Time spent​
  • $250 per 30 min

  • ​Review your cholesterol profile
  • Review your nutrition and diet plan
We ask that our patients pay all co-insurances, co-pays, deductibles and all fee for services, if applicable, at the time of the office visit.
